Funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) and six partner institutions throughout Austria, the Cluster of Excellence "Quantum Science Austria (quantA)" fosters groundbreaking research through a framework of CoE-internal programs like the quantA Fellowship.
After a competitive review process including external experts, the quantA Board of Directors has approved funding for up to two years for Refik Mansuroglu and his proposed project "Quantum Simulation Beyond Classical Possibility". The project's aim is to identify precise boundaries between classically simulable components within quantum simulation and to understand classical approaches to simulate quantum circuits.
Refik's fellow colleagues in the Quantum Information and Quantum Many-Body Physics group wish him all the best and every possible success with his project.
